Transit Damage Guarantee

We accept returns only for unopened items with original safety seals intact within 14 days of delivery. Used or unsealed botanicals cannot be returned under any circumstance.

If your parcel arrives damaged or compromised, take a photo and contact our laboratory support immediately. We will dispatch an expedited replacement at no additional cost.
